FAQ

  • We specialize exclusively in helping small and medium-sized businesses, as well as non-profit organizations, implement AI solutions. Unlike large consulting firms that apply enterprise-level approaches to all clients, we recognize that SMEs and NGOs have unique constraints and opportunities. MAP's methodology is specifically designed for organizations without large IT departments or data science teams. We focus on practical solutions that deliver quick wins while building toward long-term transformation that don't require a technical background or extensive technical training.

  • We are pleased to offer a free 20+ page white paper / case study and AI implementation recommendations during our research phase (limited capacity).  If you are interested in having us help you implement our recommendations, we will offer our services at our cost for the first 40 hours at $30/hr for charter clients.

Our pricing model is designed to be flexible and transparent, with no hidden fees or long-term contracts.

  • Most clients can launch a pilot within 30-60 days. Our team works efficiently to identify high-impact opportunities and build momentum, while laying the foundation for sustainable, long-term success.

  • While we value IT team support for infrastructure integrity, data access, and security, we can also work with organizations that don’t have a large, dedicated IT team. We leverage no-code and low-code AI solutions to enable rapid prototyping by a wide range of team members. These can be refined to fit IT infrastructure and governance practices, or we can work with leadership to ensure sound AI governance and cybersecurity policies are in place.

  • Small and medium sized professional service firms, nonprofits, local/regional businesses, and solopreneurs.

Rather than limiting our focus to a single sector, we tailor each engagement to the unique goals, challenges, and values of the client.

  • Data privacy and security are foundational to our approach. We’ll gladly sign your NDA. We anonymize your data before exposing it to any large language models (LLMs) and honor your compliance imperatives in analyzing your circumstances and training you and your team.

  • Employee hesitation or resistance often stems from fear of replacement, lack of understanding, or unclear benefits. Our approach is people-first: we emphasize AI as a tool for empowerment, not replacement.

Drawing on Richard Rasmus’s thirty-plus years of general management experience and over a decade as a leadership development and executive coach, we work closely with leaders to engage employees, listen to concerns, and frame AI initiatives in terms of making work more meaningful. This balanced perspective helps turn skepticism into engagement and long-term adoption.
